Shipping Conditions

Shipping within 24-48H for Metropolitan France and 4-8 days for international shipping.

Delivery will normally take place within 2 to 3 working days of ordering if the delivery address is correct and payment has been established.

Delivery is made by post (return shipping costs are your responsibility (see conditions of withdrawal).

In the shipping confirmation email, we send you a photo of your package (items, address)

There is no shipping on Sundays and holidays

As a customer, you have 14 days upon receipt of your order to wish to cancel the order and request a refund.
Then you have 14 days to ship the product, with proof of shipment obligation (tracking or registered), return costs at your expense. As a professional seller, I have the obligation to refund the product within 14 days of receipt of the product - however, I have 4 days to ascertain the condition of the product and notify it after receipt of the product.
Concerning the seller's obligations concerning delivery times: the seller undertakes to respect the deadlines mentioned at the time of purchase - he may, however, for exceptional reasons have 30 days from the date of order, if the deadlines of delivery were mentioned.

1) in case of return of the purchased item: it must be duly packaged, and protected with bubble wrap or a bubble envelope.
2) in the event of a return of a product: this one must obviously be new, it is mentioned in the descriptions of my jewelry for sale that the said jewelry must not be wet or sprinkled with perfume: this is of course valid in the event of a return where it will appear that the said jewel has been wet (shower, swimming pool, sea water ...) a jewel damaged because it will have been wet will suffer a discount of up to 100%
3) concerning the shipping of the products: it is mentioned in my descriptions the shipping and delivery times (it is possible that the delivery times are extended (strike, etc.)

The general conditions of sale are not applicable for any product customized or made to special order !!!

Items for which customization options are available are subject to the return conditions described below. Personalization options include configuring or personalizing products by writing text, adding an image or design (such as an engraving, monogram, embroidery or print in relief).

You must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receiving the product.

The third-party seller is not obligated to accept the return or exchange of personalized items except when they are delivered faulty or damaged.

You can benefit from a refund or product exchange in the event of an error by the third-party seller on the personalization and in particular in the event of spelling errors, errors related to the configuration, to the registration or to the reason.

The product must be returned with all of its original packaging (such as the box).
