The time before shipment is 1-2 days from receipt of payment for the order (depending on the difficulty of the order). Delivery times are 1-4 days for delivery in mainland France and 4-8 days for international delivery. Svitlana Mykhed makes every effort to reduce these delays as much as possible and explain the packages as soon as possible.

Did you make a personalization error in your order? Do you want to change the order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already started making your order, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to it.
